How a lookup works
Type one thing, then read what came back
- 1
Type one thing
A keyword, a handle, or a link. The page says what the lookup costs before you press Search. - 2
Read the saved answer
It stays on your account with charts and plain sentences worked out from it. Opening it again is free until it ages out. - 3
Follow it to the next lookup
A creator opens their posts and an app opens its reviews. Following a link only fills the search, so you choose when to spend.
What it does not do
- Public accounts only.
- The engagement audit costs 5 social credits, so it needs Growth or above.
- There is no keyword-ideas lookup for Instagram. Its search returned accounts only when we tested it, so use TikTok's keyword ideas instead.
Questions people ask
- What counts as a standout post?
- A post is compared with the median of the other posts in the same list. 2× is notable, 5× an outlier, and 10× a breakout. Views are used when most posts have them; otherwise likes, comments, and shares.
- Does it say when to post?
- It shows a day by part-of-day grid in your own time zone. Below 20 dated posts it shows days only, because fewer posts cannot support an hour.
- Can I download the results?
- Yes. Every result has an Excel and a CSV download, built from the saved answer, so downloading does not use a lookup.
