What's new in RankMySEO

What we shipped, newest first. Plan limits and prices stay on Pricing, so this page lists names and links.

October 2026

  1. Higher daily research limits, and keys that share your plan

The daily research limit now grows with your plan, and a research request that fails no longer counts toward it.

  2. More keywords, Operator messages, and socmed lookups on every plan

Same prices. Every plan tracks more keywords, Operator answers more messages, and paid plans get more socmed research each month.

  3. socmed research: shops, apps, ads, and a Research page

Look up what sells, what people search for, and which ads rivals run from one Research page in the dashboard, or over the API and MCP.

  4. Edit a draft and ask for changes

  5. Big update

Operator, the SEO chat that does the work

Ask Operator about your site and it reads your numbers and your pages first, then writes reviews and briefs, draws charts, saves actions, and finds link ideas. It now has its own page and its own place in the menu.

    • A full chat page with your past chats, saved documents, and saved actions, under Chat in the menu
    • Reads your pages and writes page reviews and content briefs you can download as Markdown
    • Draws charts from your numbers
    • Shows each step it takes, with where the data came from
    • Searches the web for link ideas and sources on Growth and above
    • Saves its suggestions as actions; they show on Next actions
    • Adds domains to your disavow list when you ask
    • Matches its wording to your SEO level
  6. Dashboard and guided setup

    • Guided setup for new sites: read your homepage, check how Google shows it, compare with competitors, and pick first keywords, one step at a time, then start in Operator
    • A new account's first site gets a one-time review, including Auto-add and authority for up to three competitors, on every plan
    • Home shows every site in one view, with Overview, Rank tracking, and Search Console tabs
    • Site overview leads with average position, keywords in the top 10, movement since the last check, and on-page score
    • Position tracking shows ranking history and filters for top 3, top 10, top 20, improved, and declined
    • On-page issues groups problems by severity and shows the issue on the most pages
    • Clearer empty pages that say what is coming and what to do next
    • Content ideas can plan by publish month, with optional web research
  7. On-page issues we check ourselves

    • When a firewall shows the review crawler a security page, On-page issues says so, hides the score and issues taken from that page, and explains how to let the crawler through
    • Sitemap checks read the Sitemap lines in robots.txt and the usual WordPress names, such as sitemap_index.xml and wp-sitemap.xml
    • Broken links are checked again at the link target; links blocked by a firewall show as Couldn't verify
    • Missing H1, empty meta description, and title length are checked again on the listed pages, and pages that pass drop off the list
    • Sitemap and certificate issues no longer list every page, and redirects are labelled Redirects
    • Mark as fixed hides an issue, or one URL of an issue, on that site until you show it again; hidden issues sit under Marked fixed
    • Dashboard tools grouped by task, with searchable menus and collapsible sections
    • Find individual tools and sites with Cmd/Ctrl+K
    • Page breadcrumbs and mobile tabs show related tools
    • Team has separate Members & invites and Activity pages
    • Developer has separate API keys and Logs pages
    • Account owners can review MCP requests, errors, duration, and key activity from the last 30 days; logs begin with this update
    • Site cards show Google impressions with a saved 28-day date range when the organic traffic estimate is zero or unavailable

September 2026

    • Auto-add ignores Search Console queries from other countries
    • Google and GitHub sign-in
    • USD checkout
    • Account name, password, and close
    • Terms, Privacy, and Refunds
