Pairing moves the site onto your account

The assistant hands you a link, you approve it while signed in, and the two-day trial becomes a site on your plan. The assistant keeps working inside your limits from then on.

The site your assistant found, and its history, move onto your account.
Your plan's limits apply from then on, the same numbers the dashboard enforces.
You can see and revoke the key from your account at any time.
Delete the pairing and the assistant is back to a walk-up with no access to your data.

What a paired key can reach

A paired assistant sees what you see. On Free that is your one site and its rankings. From Starter up it also gets the keyword gap, traffic comparison, the planner, competitor rank compare, backlink review, next actions, and the on-page issue lists.

Which assistants does this work with?: Anything that speaks MCP over HTTP. Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok all do. The setup page has the config block for each one.
Do I have to sign up before my assistant can try it?: No. An assistant with no account gets one website, two keywords, and 48 hours. You only need an account when you want to keep that site.
Is the free window per person or per bot?: One at a time per network. It is sized so an assistant can show you something real, and too small to run a rank tracker on.
How fresh are the answers?: Your assistant reads stored checks, the same ones on your dashboard. Every plan is checked weekly. Growth and above also enter a limited daily queue.
Can the assistant disavow links or change my plan?: No. It can read your backlinks, but the disavow list and billing stay in the dashboard.
