Billing questions

How do I pay?: Choose a paid plan on this page and enter your email. After payment, we send a link to open your account. Existing customers can sign in and upgrade from Pricing in the dashboard. In Indonesia you can pay with QRIS, a virtual account, or an e-wallet. Everywhere else it is a card in USD.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. Pick a higher plan from the dashboard at any time. Your sites, keywords, and history stay where they are.
What happens when I hit a limit?: The app tells you which limit it was and what the next plan holds. The weekly checks keep running on what you already track.
Do I get an invoice?: Yes. Every paid bill is on the Account screen as a RankMySEO receipt you can download as a PDF.
Can I cancel or get a refund?: Cancel through Support before the next renewal. The refund policy covers what can be refunded.
I need more than Scale holds.: Write to Support. We can raise site and page limits on one account once we agree a price.
