Add the client as a site
Set its website, country, and language in Settings. Keywords, competitors, and history stay with that site. - 2
Tag it
Add up to eight tags, such as a market or an account manager. They show on the site's row on Home. - 3
Read the week on Home
Home has one row per site: tracked keywords, how many sit in the top 10 and the top 20, and when it was last checked. - 4
Open one client's history
Open a keyword to see its position at each check, the change since the last check, and the page Google returned. - 5
Download the PDF
Use Download PDF on the site's Overview. Paid PDFs have no watermark and start from the brand you saved. - 6
Invite a teammate
Invite them by email from Team. An invite works for 7 days.
Settings
Each client is checked in its own country and language
Country and language belong to each site. New keywords copy them, so an Indonesian client is checked in Indonesia, and an Australian client is checked in Australia.
History
Each keyword keeps its own history
Checks are saved, and the chart runs back through the history your plan keeps. A keyword outside the top 20 shows as 20+ rather than a guessed position.

Prices stay in each tool's currency: SE Ranking, Serpstat, and Ahrefs show US dollars, and Nightwatch shows euros.Ahrefs Lite allows five unverified sites. Verified sites do not count toward that limit, so Lite holds ten once five of them are verified.80 keywords across 10 sites is 8 keywords per site on average. Per keyword, Agency costs more: SE Ranking Core tracks 2,000 keywords daily, and Nightwatch Professional tracks 2,500. Checks are weekly on every plan, with a limited daily pass on Growth and above.
Questions people ask
- How often are client sites checked?
- Weekly, on every plan. Growth and above also get a daily queue with a set limit, so some keywords get an extra check when there is room. How daily rank tracking works covers the queue.
- Can my team use the account?
- Yes. Invite teammates by email from Team, and an invite works for 7 days. Teammates can track keywords, run tools, and write drafts. The owner adds or removes sites, connects Search Console, saves the report brand, invites people, and pays.
- Can the PDF carry our brand?
- Yes, on paid plans: save a brand name, logo, colors, and footer text, and each new PDF starts with them. The glossary's definition of keyword still names RankMySEO, and Free PDFs keep a FREE watermark.
- What if ten sites is not enough?
- Scale is the next plan up. Its limits are on the pricing page. Past Scale, ask Support. We agree a price before we raise a site or page limit on an account.
- How do I pay?
- Sign in, choose Agency on Pricing in the dashboard, and pay by card in USD, or with QRIS, a virtual account, or an e-wallet in rupiah. The refund page explains how to cancel.
